Refund policy

The Quick Summary

We have a 7-day refund or replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to report any issues.

To report any issues, contact us at claims@valeandhearthcoffee.com.
You may also have the option to request a refund or replacement in your account under the order information.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive your order damaged you must contact us within 7 days for an exchange or refund at claims@valeandhearthcoffee.com.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 7 days.

 

Refunds and Replacements

Coffee should not be shipped back unless requested as it is a perishable item.
We will work with you on reported issues and can send a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges for other items are not accepted.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your claim, and let you know if the claim was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund which may be longer than 30 days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund or replacement, please contact us at claims@valeandhearthcoffee.com.
